Finz Aquatic Club (“the Club”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members, including children under the age of 16. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have put in place appropriate measures to ensure that any personal data we collect, use, and retain in connection with the admission of children to the Club is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

We collect, use, and retain children’s personal data solely for the purpose of administering their membership and participation in Club activities. This may include information such as their name, contact details, date of birth, medical information, and any other data necessary to ensure the safe and effective operation of the Club.

We will only collect and use children’s personal data with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Consent will be obtained in a clear and explicit manner, and we will ensure that parents or guardians are informed of how their child’s data will be used. Parents and guardians will always have the opportunity to object or withdraw consent at any time.

Photographs or videos of children participating in Club activities may be used for promotional or media purposes, but only with prior consent from a parent or guardian. This consent will also be obtained clearly and explicitly, and can be withdrawn at any time.

The Club takes the protection of children’s personal data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. All personal data is handled with strict confidentiality.

We will retain children’s personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in line with our data retention policy. Once it is no longer needed, we will securely delete or destroy it.
